Simone Tellini (“Tellini”) offers several applications (“Apps”) for Mac and iOS. This Privacy Policy describes how Tellini collects, uses and shares information about end users of the Apps (“End Users”) that refer to this page.

SECTION 1: END USER INFORMATION

This Section provides information on the collection and use of information from End Users.

What information does Tellini collect from End Users?

The Apps automatically collect certain information that does NOT personally identify End Users. This information includes, but is not limited to, device state information, unique device identifiers, device hardware and OS information, information relating to how an application functions and is used, crash reports.

How does Tellini use the information that it collects?

The information Tellini collects about End Users and their activities is used to provide insight into the functionality of and engagement with the Apps, including any problems that occur. Information is aggregated and used in a non-personally identifiable way. Such aggregate and anonymous information is used to (i) improve the Apps, (ii) create analysis of trends or behaviors and (iii) other similar uses, but always in an aggregate and anonymous way.

Some of the Apps serve advertisement to End Users as a way to keep their cost down: in this case, the information collected can be used by the advertising network to determine which ads to show, provide reports of ads activity to advertisers, make ads more effective. One advertising network that might be used in the apps is AdMob: you can read how Google uses data collected by that network in their privacy policy.

Will Tellini provide information about me with anyone else?

  • In the event that Tellini is involved in a bankruptcy, merger, acquisition, reorganization or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. The promises in this Privacy Policy will apply to your information as transferred to the new entity.

Is there a way that End Users can opt out of collection of information?
